New flexible PVC extrusion process from TMI LLC

Published On: July 29, 2013

A new system for flexible PVC extrusion ensures complete dimensional uniformity and tension throughout the bulk PVC rolls produced. The new process control system from TMI LLC eliminates “racetracking,” lay-flat issues, width and gage variations and uneven shrinkage, resulting in an entirely uniform product that doesn’t require continual manual adjustment by operators.

TMI extrudes a wide variety of flexible PVC strip, sheet and panel, ranging in gage from .030 to .5 inches. Comprehensive product line includes strip doors, PVC-coated and laminated fabrics, air curtains, insect screens, swinging impact doors, curtains, modular enclosures and dock accessories.
