Robert Allen reveals Interior Designer Color of the Year
Calypso Blue selected in new crowdsourced program.
Calypso Blue was selected as the 2015 Interiors Color of the Year as part of the inaugural Interior Designer Color of the Year program launched by The Robert Allen Group.
The company’s color experts predicted five hues that could become the “it” color of the year, studying colors present on fashion runways, in current interiors and throughout history to observe past patterns, before tasking nearly 1,500 designers and interior experts to select the winner. Calypso Blue won more than 30 percent of the votes and will be featured in Robert Allen’s Spring 2015 collections.
