OMNOVA, Beechwood, Ohio, has named Anne P. Noonan president and CEO. Ms. Noonan succeeds Kevin M. McMullen who stepped down as chairman, CEO, president and member of the board of directors. Ms. Noonan will also be appointed to the board of directors. In connection with this leadership transition, the board has determined to separate the chairman and CEO roles, electing William R. Seelbach as the company’s independent, non-executive chairman. Previously, Noonan was president of OMNOVA’s Performance Chemicals business.
