The Chair Forum™ slated for March 2017

Facilitated by leading family business governance experts Dr. Craig Aronoff, Dr. Jennifer Pendergast, and Joe Schmieder, the Chair Forum will provide an insider’s view of the innovative and meaningful ways that family businesses build thriving governance systems. It is an opportunity for in-depth conversations with peers and experts on some of the distinct questions that face the chair of a family business board.

Participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Current chairman of the board for a family firm. Vice-chairs may also register to attend along with the current chair.
  • The board must include independent directors or be in the process of adding independent directors.
  • The board must consistently meet at least three times per year.
