Workshops highlight SWIFA event

The Professional Awning Manufacturers Association (PAMA) will host a “Value-Added Selling and New Technologies” workshop at the Southwest Industrial Fabrics Association (SWIFA) 2012 Convention April 27 in Austin, Texas. 

Bill Foster, Tri Vantage sales specialist, will present on how to sell not just awnings and canopies, but a complete customer solution. Randi Kaplan DellaVechia, Kaplan’s Enterprises, and Miko Green, JF Magic, will demonstrate the use of fiber optics for awning graphics, a high-tech application to offer customers. Learn more about digital graphics for awnings and canopies from Jerry Grimaud, Lawrence Fabric & Metal Structures and Byron Yonce, MFC, TCT&A. Help your clients expand their living or seating space and be more comfortable outdoors with solar shades and screen solutions, a session presented by Doug Dubay, Rainier Industries.
