An animated video promoting the Awning Energy Study 2012 to homeowners was launched in May by the Professional Awning Manufacturers Association (PAMA). The cartoon video is a fun, educational conversation between two neighbors. One neighbor has installed awnings over the windows of her home to reduce cooling energy costs and carbon footprint. She references PAMA’s energy study and the other neighbor pulls it up on his iPhone.
The purpose of the video is to get homeowners acquainted with the study and to share it with family and friends via social media tools. It is available to PAMA members to post on their websites, LinkedIn, Twitter, marketing e-letters, and at trade shows.
PAMA members have access to the downloadable files on the “Members Only” section of the PAMA website. To view the video, visit PAMA.
