ATA, acting to fill a newly vacant position, elected one new director to its board. The board welcomed Craig Zola, vice president of marketing and distribution for Herculite Products Inc. in Emigsville, Pennsylvania, to his first three-year term. Mike Erickson, president of Canvas Designers Inc. in Riviera Beach, Florida, ended his second three-year term. His service is greatly appreciated and he will be missed. Amy Bircher, president of MMI Textiles Inc. in Westlake, Ohio, and Kathy Schaefer, IFM, CEO of Glawe Tent and Awning Co. in Fairborn, Ohio, were each elected to a second three-year term.

At the Fabric Graphics Association (FGA) annual meeting, FGA voted and welcomed new director Elissa Decker from Moss Inc. in Chicago, Illinois. Mike VonWachenfeldt of Glen Raven Inc. in Glen Raven, North Carolina, was voted to continue as chair and Valerie Cuchna of Fabric Images Inc. in Elgin, Illinois, remains vice chair. FGA thanked Jim Knoche, Lawrence Fabric & Metal Structures Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri, for his support and dedication to the FGA board.

The Professional Awning Manufacturers Association (PAMA) board welcomed Ron Paratore of TriVantage in Burlington, North Carolina, as chair and Mike Gatti of Herculite as vice chair. The following new directors were elected for three-year terms: Andrew Barber of Coastal Canvas Products in Savannah, Georgia; Frank Brienzo of USA Canvas Shoppe in Dallas, Texas; Jasen Falahee of Marygrove Awning Co. in Livonia, Michigan; and Kevin Gleave of Sugar House Awning Industries in Salt Lake City, Utah. The board thanked four outgoing members for their service: Greg Schmieler of Laurel Awning Co. in Apollo, Pennsylvania; Bryon Yonce of TCT&A Industries in Urbana, Illinois; Jerry Grimaud of Lawrence Fabric & Metal Structures; and John Gant of Glen Raven.

Craig Huntington of Huntington Design Associates Inc. in Oakland, California was welcomed as a new director to his first term on the board. Current board member Marc Shellshear of Compassion Roofing & Remodeling in Keller, Texas was elected for another board term.

Bylaws were amended during the Advanced Textile Products (ATP) annual meeting to include all four nominees on the board: Qaizar Hassonjee of Adidas Wearable Sports Electronics (Textronics Inc.) in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania; Dave Heiss of Measurement Technology Northwest in Seattle, Washington; Farooq Sattar of Ashfar Enterprises Inc. in Edison, New Jersey; and Mike Strader of Pharr Yarns LLC in McAddenville, North Carolina.

The Narrow Fabrics Institute (NFI) elected director Tim Johnson of Ribbon Webbing Corp. in Chicago, Illinois to another term.
