Tension fabric manufacturer Moss Inc., Elk Grove Village, Ill., has acquired Marx+Moschner, a European environmental branding supplier headquartered in Lennestadt, Germany.

Marx+Moschner provides standard and custom branding solutions for interior and exterior use, including a line of silicone edge graphic (SEG) frames, custom printed large-format fabric panels and custom trade show exhibit components for European stand builders, lightboxes and banner stands.

The acquisition gives Moss, which provides tension fabric, wide-format graphics and specialty signage for exhibits, retail, event branding and sports venues, increased brand awareness and face-to-face marketing capabilities in a new market after recently debuting new products such as projection mapping services, Curved Illuminedge™ Lightboxes and the Curv-Edge™ extrusion.

Maik Raute, managing director at Marx+Moschner, will continue as managing director of Moss operations in Germany, leading European operations and driving future growth.
