Conference agenda set for Printed Electronics USA 2014

IDTechEx event will focus on emerging photovoltaic technologies.

IDTechEx’s printed electronics and energy harvesting event, Printed Electronics USA 2014, will be held Nov. 19-20 in Santa Clara, Calif. The co-located event will cover printed electronics, energy harvesting, supercapacitors, wearable technologies and 3-D printing, attracting more than 2,500 attendees and 200 exhibitors.

The focus will be on emerging thin and/or flexible photovoltaic technologies as well as enabling technologies that are integral parts of the technology ecosystem for thin and flexible solar cell technologies, such as materials, flexible transparent conductors, conductive inks and flexible barrier layer technologies.

Presentation speakers will represent some of the world’s largest companies that wish to use the technology, sharing their needs and experiences with printed electronics. These companies include Armor, Nantes , France; CSIRO, Canberra, Australia; Alta Devices, Sunnyvale, Calif.; ElectricFilm LLC, Newburyport, Mass.; 3M, Maplewood, Minn.; Tera-Barrier Films Pte.
