• How do you like to be rewarded for a job well done?
• Are you equipped with the information and resources you need to achieve your goals? If not, please explain.
• Describe your day-to-day interaction with your immediate supervisor.
• What changes need to be made in your work environment?
• What is it that keeps you from seeking other employment?
• Do you feel challenged in your current position?
• Does your supervisor focus on your strengths?
• Do you feel secure in your current position?
