Two fall events provided opportunities for Fabric Graphics magazine to promote the growing marketplace for digitally printing on fabric.

ATA’s Fabric Graphics Symposium

Five companies presented on site demonstrations for participants of the Fabric Graphics Symposium sponsored by Fabric Graphics magazine and the Fabric Graphics Association at the Industrial Fabric Association International’s annual Expo. Participants toured the exhibits prior to the show’s daily opening to learn about digital printing on fabric and various market opportunities. The participating companies were:

  • Gandinnovations
  • Hewlett Packard
  • NuSign (pictured)
  • Mimaki USA
  • US Sublimation

Graph Expo

Fabric Graphics magazine was a proud sponsor of the Wide Format Pavilion at Graph Expo held in September in Chicago. The attendees at Graph Expo purchased wide-format digital printers and were exploring new product applications. Industry leaders were given a forum to share their expertise at the Wide Format Theater. Fabric Graphics publisher Mary Hennessy presented a workshop titled “Thinking beyond the sign: Opportunities in new and unusual textile markets.” Participants left with new ideas on how to expand their business and market shares through nontraditional products.
