B&P Graphic Systems introduces transfer-free textile printer

Published On: January 1, 2008

B&P Graphic Systems, Chertsey, England, has introduced the transfer-free d.gen Teleios textile printer. This wide-format photo-realistic system doesn’t involve a transfer process, making it a space-saving solution for the production of banners, flags and soft signs, clothing, wallpaper, and more.

Designed to print at speeds of up to 38 square meters/hour direct to polyester-based materials, the printer produces results without curvature, banding, fabric twist, or color deflection on continuous output. Able to run unattended over long periods of time, even jobs more than 100 meters in length can be output quickly and easily. Dense and accurate colors can be produced on polyester-based fabrics, which can be viewed from both the front and the rear of the material.

The printer is available in widths of 1.88 m or 2.6 m and is supplied with the TROOP! Rip v 6. Optional extras include the PM-180 pre-coating unit, specifically designed for the Teleios to remove wrinkles and misalignment, and the economical Fumebuster, which features a water-washable reusable filtration system.
