Marine fabric resists pencil and ink mark absorption

Published On: January 1, 2009

Problem: Many popular exterior marine vinyls have a tendency to absorb and retain patterning marks from both pencil and pen, making the fabric assembly process tedious and time-consuming.

Solution: Herculite Riviera Marine Fabric™ is made with a high-performance stabilized PVC and coated with Rain Kleen® to resist pencil and ink mark absorption. The fabric can be marked with a standard No. 2 lead pencil, and the pencil marks can be removed with a standard pencil eraser. Fabric also resists the effects of dirt retention and diesel fumes.
