For the first time in the U.S., JTE will feature FIAB’s 1400 traveling gantry RF welder, a system that allows the user to work from behind the table. With a turnable with advanced travel features, it is well suited for large material projects and military tent welding. The Windows® CE-based control system makes it easy to integrate other equipment for optimum efficiency, and it is equipped with built-in Wi-Fi access to JTE’s online help desk for immediate resolution of most production questions. The system includes easy uploadable and downloadable data capabilities for quality control and performance monitoring, and an integrated and exportable welding event log, compatible with most spreadsheet programs.

The FIAB 80 automatic plastic grommet welder has a programmable logic controller (PLC) with digital auto-tuning and hole-punch, and automatic feeding of the grommets. The 1.5kW generator ensures a consistent weld, reliable for many years. This machine can do single-side and double grommets. Welder is operated by foot switch or control panel; the PLC is controlled by an interactive touch screen. The automatic revolving magazine for the eyelets ensures proper placement and continuous feed for high productivity, and punches the grommet hole, reducing material handling. Mounted on wheels for ease of movement.
