High-strength tensile fabrics useful for military tents

FORCE FR is a lightweight, high strength, 100-percent polyester with vinyl coating that can be used for both the liner and plenum in military tentage. FORCE FR meets or exceeds all requirements of MIL-PRF-44271C and MIL-C-43808A at a weight of only 5.5 ounces per square yard. FORCE FR meets FR specs: NFPA 701, ASTM D6413, CPAI-84 and is mildew and UV resistant. Can also be used as an exterior fabric with weather resistance.
FORCE FR II Black/White has just completed development. Strength and flexibility have been increased with tensile strength above 240 lbf (ASTM D5034) in both warp and fill. Performance characteristics such as weight (5.5 ozs/yd2), FR, DWR, mildew and UV-resistance remain unchanged. Meets all requirements of MIL-PRF- 44423A.
