TenCate Geosynthetics North America has introduced Internet-based MiraSpec Design Solutions Software, an easy-to-use software program to assist engineers in flexible pavement design, while demonstrating the benefits of using TenCate Mirafi® RS580i woven reinforcement and stabilization geotextile in roadway structures.

The program will allow pavement designers to perform AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) flexible pavement Structural Number (SN) design calculations, either with or without geosynthetics. The designer will also be able to calculate the cost savings and green savings that use of TenCate Mirafi® RS580i could provide in the design.
