Rubb emergency relief shelters and buildings provide easily transported and erected rapid-response structures for emergency situations. These shelters can be set up in a few hours by local labor with simple tools and lifting gear, then re-deployed to meet later emergencies elsewhere. This Rubb Hall was one of five delivered to the UN in Sudan to be used for the storage of food and other essential supplies. The Rubb Halls were selected for their ease of mounting, flexibility in dismounting and removal to other locations.
