Avery Dennison and West Coast Customs team up to offer wrapping film challenge

Published On: August 15, 2013

Avery Dennison recently announced the launch of the “Wrap Like a King” Challenge, hosted with the support of sponsors West Coast Customs and Croftgate USA. The competition offers professional vehicle wrap installers a chance to show off their skills by creating unique, well-installed car wraps. Submissions to the challenge will include photos and information about the car wrap the installer completed using Avery Dennison Supreme Wrapping Film.

After all submissions are entered by Sept. 15, professional judges will choose the top 32 car wraps to move to the next round for a chance to win the grand prize package that includes $2,000 in cash and a trip to SEMA, with the winning car wrap design displayed in the West Coast Customs and Avery Dennison booths. The top submissions will then compete in a public online voting competition starting on Sept.16. The submissions with the most votes at the end of each round will continue on to compete for the grand prize. The final winner will be announced Oct. 14, 2013.

Not to be forgotten, voters have a chance to win more than $10,000 in prizes. All voters, from all rounds, will be entered into a drawing to win a grand prize of a $150 Croftgate gift card and trip to visit the West Coast Customs television production set. Voters will also be chosen randomly in each round of voting to win multiple Croftgate gift cards.

“We are excited to see the unique color change and vehicle wraps that installers and designers create with Avery Dennison Supreme Wrapping Films and Conform Chrome accent films,” said Meghan Lagoni, channel marketing programs manager at Avery Dennison. “Our ‘Wrap Like a King’ Challenge provides installers the opportunity to show off their skills and the conformability of Supreme Wrapping Film to industry experts and car enthusiasts who have the opportunity to vote for the ultimate winner.”
