TMI acquires Simplex assets
PVC-based product manufacturer TMI International LLC, Pittsburg, Pa., has acquired the assets of Simplex Isolation Systems, a Fontana, Calif., maker of PVC strip doors, industrial curtains and custom cleanroom environmental management systems and products. “We expect the considerable synergies between our respective product lines and end markets to fuel significant growth for the entire enterprise,” says Frank Mummolo, TMI’s president and CEO. The move extends TMI’s sales and manufacturing capacity to both east and west coast customers.
