Tex Visions introduces a new line

Tex Visions, Carlisle, Pa., has launched a new line of substrates to complement its new UV printing capabilities. “These new substrates are a welcome and valuable addition to our already popular and profitable product line,” said CEO Marcel Ruhland. “Our resellers have long inquired about UV printing, and I am pleased we are now able to offer this new product line.”

Using top-of-the-line UV printing equipment, the custom sign and printing company can now produce lithographic-quality images on a variety of new materials including foam board, AC board, Coroplast® and magnetic sheeting. Existing materials like vinyl and adhesive clings are also available using UV printing. Tex Visions is now capable of creating images at a Blue Wool Scale 8, the highest rating available for color stability and lightfastness.

All of the new materials are completely customizable, and free contour cutting is available. Another benefit of the new product line is complimentary two-layer printing on clear substrates. By adding a white underlay or overlay to images on clear materials like plexiglass and clear PVC sheeting, colors will have a vibrant appearance. Three-layered printing is also available to create a double-sided effect on clear materials like window clings.

Tex Visions’ new materials and printing capabilities expand its existing product line to items such as yard signs, vehicle and refrigerator magnets, store front signage and floor mats.
