Miller Weldmaster acquires Sinclair welding line
Acquisition includes hot air, Triad and Spec products.
Miller Weldmaster, a leading manufacturer of heat seaming solutions, has announced the acquisition of the Triad Wedge Welder, Spec Wedge Welder and Roof Welding Tool product line from Sinclair Equipment Co.
The expansion allows Miller Weldmaster to service a greater range of equipment for fabricators within the industrial fabrics market, as well as expand into new markets. In addition, the establishment of a West Coast office and team in Diamond Springs, Calif., will provide greater accessibility to serve new and existing customers in the western U.S. and Canada.
