A new 30-minute online course offered by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) explains intellectual properties and how to protect them. It explores the differences between patents, trademarks and copyrights and explains how to file for a patent or trademark and register for a copyright.
The course is free and can be accessed through the SBA Learning Center, where a worksheet and text-based version are also available.
