Miller Weldmaster, Navarre, Ohio, has hired Ryan Smith as the outside sales representative for its western sales region. He is responsible for spearheading business solution strategies, enhancing customer relations and building new business relationships, as well as innovating product and service solutions.

Smith has 11 years of sales experience and was previously responsible for sales development for Sinclair Equipment Co. in its western and midwestern sales regions.
