SEM Products, a Rock Hill, S.C.-based manufacturer of interior paints and refinishing products for leather, vinyl, plastic and carpets is expanding its distribution by forming a strategic partnership with Vicar International, Union, N.J.

Vicar will stock three lines to the automotive, upholstery, marine, RV and golf cart industries for
both indoor and outdoor applications. The initial lines sold by Vicar will be Color Coat,
Classic Coat and Vinyl Coat.
