Joseph R. Greco of Old Tappan, N.J., passed away Oct. 14, 2015, at the age of 90.

Greco worked at Cooley Group for 45 years, starting as a salesman and retiring as vice president in 1996, the same year he was named an ATA Honored Life Member. He helped design and sell fabrics from cotton duck and awnings to sophisticated, synthetic 250,000-gallon fuel tanks with many in-between products for the medical, athletic, aerospace, military and environmental markets.

A former U.S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II, Greco was awarded salesman of the year and manager of the year and headed the region of the year on many occasions while at Cooley. He was a member of the New England Association, the Canadian Association, the New York Canvas Products Association, the New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware Group, and the Mid-Atlantic and Southern Association.
