American Textile Company, a Pittsburgh, Pa.-based provider of innovative sleep solutions, announced the appointments of Jane Fischer to senior vice president of product development and Patrick Seiffert to senior vice president of marketing.

Fischer will oversee the ideation and development of the company’s list of retail products and Seiffert will focus on consumer insights, brand growth and customer experience. American Textile Company employs over 900 people worldwide and added more than 50 positions in the last year.
