Canwil Textiles Inc. is expanding operations by adding additional warehouse and light manufacturing space in Auburn, Ga., to accommodate the demands of its customers.

The new office, which includes a 20,000 square foot warehouse, will be the company’s second office. Products and services from the facility will cater to contract manufacturers and makers by using state-of-the-art technology that is competitive in the marketplace.

“The opening of this secondary facility is an important step towards realizing our growth and expansion goals,” says Nikhil Narwani, CEO at Canwil Textiles. “It will be the first of many important changes for the company in the coming years.”

Additionally, Canwil Textiles has invested in machinery such as fully automated PLC controlled slitting for knit/woven fabrics, fully automated fabric spreader/cutter, a CNC fabric pattern cutter and pattern digitization technology to increase speed, accuracy of cutting and overall efficiency. The company is offering these services to contract manufacturers to help offset the cost of overseas manufacturing while providing more Made-in-the-USA products and services.
