The team assesses industrial capability and supply chain risk of vendors and suppliers supporting C&T managed items. Bill works with three other industrial specialists monitoring the C&T industrial base for constraints and supply chain disruptions that may negatively impact vendor deliveries. The team along with DLA buyers identify potential at-risk industrial base segments.
