Updated April 10, 2024

Member agrees to pay annual dues in full according to payment plan requested: Annual (1 pmt/yr), Semi-annual (2 pmts/yr), Quarterly (4 pmts/ yr), Monthly (12 pmts/yr), and select 2 or 3 year membership length to lock in price. If you have elected to automatically renew membership, dues can be charged to your credit card or E-Check up to 30 days prior to expiration. Membership dues are non-refundable and non-transferable. Finance charges of 1.5% monthly apply to past due balances.

Membership is in the name of the organization, and one person (the organization primary contact), shall be designated to represent the firm in matters affecting association membership. In order for an entity to inherit member benefits from a general member company, they must be operating under the same name, and the same Federal Identification number.

The organization contact(s) personal information (PII), including names, phone number(s), address(es), and email address(es) of organization employees will be processed over the term of the membership, by ATA,  for the purposes of providing the services and benefits that the organization acquires with membership. This includes regular communications about pertinent subject matter, such as event, webinar, industry, membership information and opportunities.

ATA is committed to the ethical use and protection of any personal information collected. Please review the ATA Privacy Policy to learn more (www.textiles.org/privacy). By purchasing membership, you agree to ATA obtaining and retaining contact data, billing and payment information, demographic data, and a password and valid email address in accordance with and for purposes outlined in the ATA Privacy Policy. For organizations located in the US: Dues payments to ATA are not deductible as charitable contributions. To the extent that ATA engages in lobbying activities, 75% of ATA membership dues may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense.

Termination: Cancellations must be in writing and received at least 30 days prior to expiration, or additional service fees may apply. Send cancellation request to Membership@textiles.org. If a merger or acquisition occurs between two member companies, the new membership dues for the remaining entity will be transitioned in over the course of 2 full years after the first membership expires for general memberships – 100% of the new membership and 60% of the former membership in year one, and 100% of the new membership and 30% of the former membership in year two. If a merger or acquisition occurs between one member and one non-member company, the new membership dues for the remaining entity will be transitioned at renewal to current rates based on the merged entity’s annual revenue. If a member company ceases to operate in the industry that ATA serves, whether by merger, acquisition, or dissolution, the member company must continue to pay their remaining dues until their current membership expires.

$79 of your annual dues goes toward a subscription for Specialty Fabrics Review, and if applicable, Marine Fabricator, Fabric Architecture, Geosynthetics or InTents magazines. Further information on tax laws should be obtained from your tax advisor.
