Supplier offers wide skirt liners

September 1st, 2008 / By: / Resources

Some of the new upholstered furniture styles use a waterfall or dressmaker type of skirt that is very wide. Where can we get a skirt liner that’s at least 30 inches wide?

A skirt liner is used to give more body to the fabric, and the standard width is about 6 or 8 inches. We did find one supplier that had skirt liner material in widths of up to 40 inches: Action Upholstery Supply. They have a Skirtex/Pellon lining that’s available up to 40 inches wide and a crinoline that’s available up to 36 inches wide. Contact:
