This fully restored 19th century Gypsy wagon needed a cover to protect it from the elements during transit and storage. Once used for nomadic living by traveling Gypsies in Europe, the wagon is now a showpiece owned by a private party in Texas. North Texas Tarp & Awning fabricated a custom-fit cover for the 14-foot-long wagon, using Sunbrella®, in Hemlock Tweed—an outdoor awning fabric chosen for its breathability and water resistance. The back of the cover opens with a Ziplon® zipper, which allows the installer to slip the cover over the top of the wagon, zip it closed, secure it underneath with Delrin® buckles, and tie it to the trailer frame for transport.
