Oil booms as standard equipment?

October 1st, 2010 / By: / Industry News

Washington state has a similar law. Current California regulations cover only how much boom should be deployed after a spill occurs. The bill passed in August on a 41–26 vote; Governor Schwarzenegger has not taken a position on the bill to date.
